While we don’t maintain in-house production or machining facilities, this independence is intentional. We work alongside you to procure parts and builds by leveraging our trusted supplier and manufacturing network, enabling cost-effective sourcing, quick turnaround times, and faster progression to testing and validation. You get the right manufacturing partner for the job—without being locked into a single shop.

01 Contact Us

Email or call us to get started. We’re happy to sign your organization’s NDA and schedule a virtual or in-person meeting to understand your project, scope of work, and engineering needs. From day one, you’ll start to see why many others trust Proto Cove with their engineering work.

02 Agreement

We’ll send over a clear, written proposal with a flat hourly engineering rate. Once signed, we align on project details including timelines, weekly status check-ins, communication protocols, expected workload, and success criteria. Our goal is total transparency—no surprises. Think of us as another engineering team member on your staff...only working remote and in your time zone!

We come fully equipped with the required PC hardware and Microsoft Office licenses. For most projects, we’ll ask that you provide a single seat of your preferred CAD software, or for an additional fee, we can supply our own licenses. For confidential or sensitive programs, we’re also able to work directly on your provided PC hardware and IT environment. Once access is set, we move fast and get straight to work.
